I am looking for some of the half life 2 episode 2 .gcf's

I have searched around on this forum quite a bit, however all the links are dead for episode 2

The ones I am after are:

episode two content.gcf
episode two maps.gcf
episode two materials.gcf

I already have
half-life 2 episode two english.gcf
episodic 2007 shared.gcf

If anyone needs links to those
