How to get steam to work at school?

I made steam portable through vmware thinapp. Is there anyway to 1) bind steam to port 80 since all of the other ports are blocked at school? or 2) how do i save login credentials to the flash drive offline mode doesn't stay on with another computer. If anyone would help i would greatly appreciate it.

1) steam itself is already portable
2) you can't change it's port to 80
3) steam auto saves credentials in steam folder

make standalone, much easyer if you want to play at school
