| Description: | This is a map made by Neox. This is made for a server. Include 2 secret room's, and 1 admin room.(Admin room is enterable only with noclip) There is water and there is a bridge over the water. 3 houses, 1 of them is a gunstore. And a park of grass and tree's. The name of the map is called like this because of one side is RP area and the other side is Build/sandbox area. This is good for Build servers with DarkRP mods.
