Description: This was originally supposed to pin-point the object exactly but i didn't know how. What it basiclly does is show the speed, height, and distance of a target with a holoemitter. The thing isn't very accurate but it's easy to learn how it works.
For some reason adv dup doesn't save the Holoemitters so i have to make it a save.
