Description:	Ever wanted a admin gun that wasn't just another stupid weapon people put no thought into, that actually had the ability to perform multiple functions, without accidently messing something up? (ex: With some admin super shotgun or mega fast awp that shoots 1000 bullets per second, you may not end up only destroying the noob who's harrasing people but destroying a creation someone made of wood/explosive/other breakable props or killing an innocent player.) Well, this swep is for you. Its primary fire sends a jolt of lightning at a player/object, and uses a kill command instead of thousands of damage, so you can kill people even if your server is a god mode server. The secondary kills whatever you point at as long as you hold it down, and can pick up corpses or props like a gravity gun and primary fire can punt them. But the secondary fire doesnt damage props. Its a very good weapon for dealing with people who disobey server rules, especially in darkrp. There is currently no world model, we are working on that, so for now, its a physgun model.
