Description:	A remake of revision 246 of DarkRP (FPJe falco's version). I hate names like lilEzek RP, where people edited 2 lines and they think his name must be there. - New job, banker. It use Suit Citizen player model (it's included in svn) http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=65897 (credits in that page.) - New money system. You need to extract money from bank to use it. If you die, you will drop your's inventory money. Only bank money is saved. Salary goes to inventory. - Change pm to SMS (mobile phone) system. Means you will need to pay. - For add more action to game, I did if you die you will change to citizen. That means if someone wants to rob you ("give me the money or die"), and you don't want to die and lose your team, you will need to pay. - Minimum amount of money to give/drop now is 1. - Pets can't talk. They have sounds, but they won't talk anymore. - Add keypad cracker (realistic). Remove your own keypad and keypad cracker - Remove vote for be cop. Now cops must be chosen by the mayor. (this will add some work to mayor, because always when I join a server mayor is doing NOTHING) - Pets only can use his mouth. No anymore physgun with pet. - Add mobile phone. You pay for call, then you can speak like sms but without write each time /sms NAME. Write that sometimes is annoying. - Car dealer (idea from Pietro, thanks) - New commands appears in f4 menu.
