Instructions to install at bottom Credits: 99.9% - notspike 00.1% Me for the conversion "NEED HELP, I screwed up real bad. Its a JPEG file. So it wont work. I HAVE NO IDEA how to convert it to whatever file it needs to be. Right after i uploaded the file i fugured out you can edit pics in Windows Media Player. And so Neon Combine was born. Oh, and to install, put in...
