The City 501, Combine Soldiers still have their cold grip on this part of the Galaxy, all of the citizens living in city501 are barely scraping a living. It is a chance for Big-Business in the minds of the right people. In the minds of the poor "surviving" is the only factor. The Rich get richer & The Poor Get Poor is all too real out here. People will have to use there skills to make money and set up a business, or they could go into the life of crime with The Mafia. Its a Dog-eat-Dog world out there and carrying a gun is always handy to protect yourself. Get selling or buying those fire-arms.
