Description: Adds constraint-breaking spreadable fire to flammable objects. Turn on and off with "fire_dynamic <0/1>".

- Changed the way players take damage from flammable objects
- Added a check for entities underwater
- Players and their viewmodels are now extinguished on death
- Extended open flame distance
- Added a check for invalid physics objects
- Added a check for entities over an open flame
- Stopped fire from doing damage underwater
- Fire now extinguishes properly underwater
