Description:	--I Didn't make this map i only redid it-- Rp_downtown v3.1 The other version was an American ghetto city. It has been refurbished and the apartments look more attractive. Many Things have been deleted and many things added such as. Trees Extract to Garrysmod\garrysmod\maps-You have to delete the old file to run this one :( Fixes: -Soundscape didn't work i fixed it -Some place had the wrong soundscape fixed it -poorly applied textures fixed it -slow and laggy fixed it -weird tiling effect in the horizon fixed it -skybox error (my computer had encountered) fixed it -Floating Props fixed it Added: A new tunnel that connects the bottom train station with boxcars to the surface and sewers Special: The building next to the police station was gutted out so it is now a Free Build building. It is empty so.. do anything you want to it. Let your creativity expand. And there will also be a added security system placed on roofs of buildings. Basically placing trigger_remove on the roofs making forts of mass destruction virtually impossible. But this is an idea and i wanna know what the people think. Q: One person asked if i can extend the skybox so i can "Gun people down with helicopters" A: No this would require me to extend the sky and fill in the buildings because they have no roof- Thus making this map dilapidated and virtually unplayable due to lag. Yeah. I tried it myself didn't work out.
