File: UnderDone (Siam Edit)

Description: I've been asked to release this, since I'm not going to be running it on my server anymore. This is the public release of UnderDone by PolkM, but with fairly extensive bug-fixing and editing.

Some changes:
*Re-leveled armor and weapon lists to create a smoother progression
*Added armor set bonuses for all sets, as well as two weapon/shield sets
*Added another quest NPC, and separated quests into a more logical distribution (Kleiner deals with crafting, Eli with Combine, Adam with Zombies, and Odessa with Antlions)
*Added many quests, although they're mostly just "Kill # of X" -- it adds a bit less tedium to the mindless grind, and gives players a goal to work for
*All content has been leveled and appropriated towards giving players a smooth play from the start all the way into the upper 50s
*The bank is more useful now, at 200 weight capacity
*Shop vendors offer all items at reasonable prices (no more grinding mobs for five years to get one piece of rare armor - just save up a big sum of cash and buy it), and are split into 3 vendors for both weapons and armor. This can help with creating mid-level bases, to add progression to merchants rather than having them all at the start.
*All enemies are re-leveled and item drops are scaled as well. I used a more sensible approach, seeing as Breen should be the ultimate goal and the other enemies are training to be able to reach him.
*The general shop has added new "Ammo Packs," which are ten times the amount of ammo for ten times the cost - thereby reducing the time spent at the shops, filling up on ammo. Just buy one or two and be on your way, don't worry about clicking 60 times!
*Numerous bug-fixes have been applied, making things work more smoothly and making previously unavailable items usable and non-glitchy.
*Two new skills! Melee Leech (to give a fair advantage with Bullet Leech) and a skill to increase damage with Sniper Rounds (since there are similar skills for buckshot, small rounds, and rifle rounds)
*Skills are spread out more, with a few taking a few more points to reach max capacity. One example is Consume Less!, which gave 15% more healing after one point invested - it now takes 3 points, each adding 5%. Some skills have more levels, but go to even higher levels of power too! This spreads out skill usage and encourages thinking about spending points, as well as not letting players max out skills early on.
*The mule skill levels up much further now - this is meant to replace the backpacks, which are VERY glitchy. Normally, if you are over the normal weight limit with a backpack and connect to the server, you'll have items deleted to fit the normal weight limit. This is VERY BAD, but with stat increases through skills, this does not happen. This is a VERY RECOMMENDED alternative to the backpack mod!
*Many other small changes that were desperately needed in the original version (I cannot recall them all)

SUPER AMAZING PART:
This gamemode edit also comes with a map file for ud_rebellland_beta_02b! It took almost two hours to place all spawns correctly and in tune with the new leveling curve - you're saved this hassle by using the included file! All quest NPCs, vendors, and enemies are placed correctly and interestingly around the map, letting you start playing immediately with all of the changes and additions I have provided! You could even throw the gamemode and the data folders into a G-Mod server and start playing UnderDone within seconds!

I, of course, take no credit for the original work of the talented PolkM, but his work needed to be continued. This edited version opens more usage to the casual player or server-owner, and makes it much more playable. Enjoy this, and expand upon it if you can!
