Description: So, it's back. But, unlike the other 5 minute job I made, this one has had some effort put into it.

It features:

> Moving Bars
> Speedometer
> Top down Minimap
> Compass
> Clock
> Crosshair
> Some other crap I've probably forgotten.

The minimap was meant to rotate with you, but I disabled it at the last moment because I've a bug I found that I'm too lazy to fix, so let's not complain about how the compass does not snap to the minimap.

Other note: Speedometer does not appear unless you're in a vehicle.
