Description: REALLY REALLY SORRY THIS ISN'T IN ADDON FORM. you're going to have to not be lazy and put the files in the right places where I tell you.

description: an awesome gun that with the primary fire held down, releases incidiary explosive rounds capable of bringing down helicopters and striders. secondary fire shoots a round that will not ignite, but zaps and unwelds, and unfreezes the prop aimed at. can be used to break up mingebag machines.

put the files into:
weapon_the_enforcer folder goes into garrysmod/garrysmod/lua/weapons
the material files go into garrysmod/garrysmod/materials/vgui/entities

if you can't be bothered with the material files, thats ok. they're for the spawn icon.
