Description: I got some suggestions on how to improve my gm_flattrack level, and after a day in hammer, i have made some edits to gm_flattrack

===Changelog===
1. Added pavilion to spawn area
2. Added blingly lights and sounds (like tf2!)
3. Added button to stop the train
4. Added button to make the train go forward.

To get to the buttons, go into noclip, and go to the spawn platform on the right facing the direction in which the train spawns, now go to the middle beam. The buttons should be on the beam between the middle beam, and the side beam.
