another cool note for those who not think this is sunny enough:
press Q, goto post processing over the tools menu, and click bloom. Before turning it on, select the list of bloom controls, there where you might think it will say default, but there are some. Select really sunny, and maybe multiply amount, turn that alittle down, then turn bloom on and if you have a good graphic card, then you will be amased.
WARNING I only suggest using this if you have a good graphic card
