Description: A high practicality map designed to remain lagless and fullfill al nessesary elements for basic construction (room to fly, sail, drive)
and remain essentailly laggless. (though not fullbright)

Consists of two sperate rooms, each with a skybox, 1x1/2 of source max in size.

1. Simple flatgrass with a very high altitude skybox

2. A deep water area with build space and a shallow water pool.

3. A spawn teleporter room with two teleporers, one to flatgrass, one to water. Both rooms also link back to the spawn room.

Simple, not graphically amazing. Not intended to look good. Simply to run very well.
