Just extract to the garrysmod\garrysmod folder.
settings\render_targets\GunHudScreen.txt must be in the garrysmod folder when the game loads up.
If you put this on your server, clients that download the file while joining will need to
restart their game in order for the render target to work.

The console commands are:
ds_gunhud_color --Opens Derma panel for selecting the screen color
ds_gunhud_editor --Opens Derma panel for editing size & attachment point of the screen
ds_gunhud_convert --Convert config files to glon (if you are updating from the verson that uses key values (you can open the data\ds_gunhud configs in plain text and theres a ton of lines with braces {} and quotes), run this command and then reload the script by typing lua_openscript_cl autorun\ds_gunhud.lua)
