Description:	gm_beachparadise is a medium size map me and my brother have been working on. it is great for rp's and sandbox. it has -9 houses that differ in size and location, ranging from duplex, to stilted house, to normal meduim size homes. -a fully functional dock, that you can climb up -a good size land building area, so you can build boats or planes -an urban area -and of course, the ocean. it takes up half the map. well i hope you have fun no requirements extract to your maps any questions or suggestions? send me a message on steam (AoN)fullmoonfever, or leave a comment.
