you need
1. tiled building blocks
2. css
3. adv dup.
4. more materials.

if you have any ideas for alterations to this or even new fallout style builds. ie: the capitol building, megaton or something similar. then say so in the comments below. i'm quite good at making destroyed structures or detailed buildings etc.

i did once try to make the reichstag. i completed it but unfortunately my pc crashed and i lost everything.
