This one should work better than the old one, because it's larger. Everything you need is in the .zip file which are:

-Original Image
-VTF File
-Read Me (instructions)

Note: For the background to work, you need to rename it as background01.vtf or background01_widescreen.vtf if you have a widescreen monitor.
