Allright,so,what's the use of this addon?
This addon let's you hear again the damn hev suit that annoyed you so much
in hl2 (or if you loved it,gah,i don't know).
This is basically like the one i implemented in my addon Talking Damage System,
since a friend asked me to rip it apart,here you are.
So,for all your silly hl2 campaign needs,this addon is for you.

Addon Features:

-Multiplayer/Singleplayer support:
Any player that connects to your server will download this addon,
so you will not be the only one annoyed by the HEV suit.

-ClientSide Hevsuit messages:
So you can just annoy yourself while dying,withouth others listening
to your suit chattering.
(requested,noone likes serverside suit chattering,since everyone hears it,gah)
-Battery pickup messages:
When you pickup an item_battery entity your suit will inform you of
the current power level.(tested to work from 0 to 199,but since
you can only pickup batteries from 0 to 100... whatever,NOT TESTED OVER 9000)

-Hev suit messages log:
On the left of the screen you can see the current messages log,
expired messages will get automatically trashed,the style it's not
the hl2 one,but,if you can do a better one yourself,well, congratulations.

Addon Todo list:
-Support for bleeding out mod so you can finally hear the "internal bleeding detected"
or the "bleeding has stopped" when you use that addon.
-Command to enable/disable the hev suit
-Make the messages log localized to the clients language (ehi,don't blame me,
valve added <sfx><clr:255,255,255> tags to these,and i HATE using string.Strip)

Oh,and before i forget,a big thanks to Wizey! (Zoey) to making a thread on facepunch for
the TDS addon and... this one :V
