Description:	A citizen skin with that tv color bar error thing on the front. I made this for a friend earlier today and i thought i would upload it here to see hoe you guys/girls (they play too!) like it. Please, comment on it and give me more ideas! EDIT: What is the point of writing a useless comment saying this sucks? It just makes you look like a compleate asshole. Please, don't do it and instead give me POSITIVE comments on what i can improve.
