Description: I know what you're thinking. "Oh hey, another stupid Halloween background involving the horsemann."

Well, you're right about that. However, I decided to give it a shot and to see what happens.

Before you put the background into your gmod/gmod folder, please be aware that you will be overwriting your default background material, so make a copy of the one you have now. Once you've done that, put it in the materials/console folder, and let it overwrite.

Once you're tired of it, go back to materials/console and delete background01.vtf.
