Description: This adds a cool Webradio.
I downloaded it from garrsmod.org,
and now I reupload it - with edited Radio Stations.

List of stations:
Technobase.fm
Hardbase.fm
techno4ever.net
EinsLive
RTL Radio

To open its menu, type this in console:
"+wmp"
(Better bind a key to that command, e.g.: "bind F11 +wmp")

Have fun with that.
PS: You can add this on a server, so the small lua file will be streamed to all clients :)
