Description:	Okay, serious map this time. Not another massive flatgrass, I promise :3 My slight modifications to rp_downtown_fiend_V2C, so, kudos and much credit to that guy. Chupathingy Serious RP or something. Whatever. Changes include: -Admin room is now...different --Cthulhu fhtagn -Bit of optimization done -Super minge-pit off in a far corner. Find the coordinates yourself. --Best when used with sm_teleport @aim --Strips weapons towards the top -Redid the skybox a bit --You're now able to shoot the window above the stairs to underground from the PD roof. -All PD doors auto-close --Perimeter doors and jail cells lock when closed. Maybe some other stuff. I dunno. Again, credit to the people who did actual work, instead of polishing, as I've done here.
