Description:	FIRST OFF :: Alright, I know that there are tons of backgrounds on Garry's Mod, and just about none of which are any good, so if you want me to remove this, I will if most the users want me to. Just say so in the comments nicely. Okay, I noticed the quality in most backgrounds is unbearable, so I decided to make my own that spins and actually looks decent. I even had to make the Garry's Mod logo from scratch so that JPEG artifacts weren't an issue. The background has 59 frames going at 30 FPS for a really nice smooth spin. I added some bonus music as well that fits the mood of the game.
