Description: A very simple spam protection system.

When a prop is spawned, its bounding box is checked for other props. It is no-collided with any props in its bounding box. Once you reach 15 props, props are no-collided with everything but the world to reduce excessive constraints.

(More specifically they are added to the world collision group.)
