Description: A tool to let an entitie ignore collisions with world or objects.

Changelog:
- Aiming at the world is not necessarily anymore. Just aim at the entity.
- Does not appear in the undo list. Somehow it is not possible.
- Nocollide with two entities together is not possible anymore.

How to use:
Click on an object to prevent it from colliding with the world or right click to prevent an object from colliding with objects.
