How to Use:
Tool:
Primary: Connect two points with a climbable rope
Secondary: Create a hanging rope

While Hanging:
Jump: Go up the rope
Crouch: Go down the rope
Crouch on ground: Get off the rope
Crouch+Jump: Jump off the rope
