Description:	First off i know theres already so many chat tags things on here but heres mine :3 These is the a simple to use chat tag thing. It has a alert system and really easy to add new tags :D to use the alert system u would to these "chat_alert These_is_a_alert" in console and it would print in chat "ALERT> These is a alert" Flame away i dont care :) - tested it and works will just gmod user.txt - ulx for ulx the group names are as followed - = mod - = vip
