| Description: | *this is my first attempt at using custom textures and pakrat, so hopefully everything works* This map is based around the NCR capital in fallout-now you might be asking, 'matt, this doesn't look anything like the NCR capital in fallout 2.' Well you'd be right, as I went for a more mid-1800s 'American town' feel.
