Complete interface rebuild, a few optimisations here and there from the original.

New features, easier to use, faster to use:

Very powerful administration disguise system, when you join the server the server knows your admin but the clients will not know until you remove your disguise.

Nice little remote console Super Admins' can use to run commands and view some messages from the server console, to help debugging and developers.

Very simplistic plugin system.

To use menu:
bind <key> "+fsa_menu"

To obtain owner rank, enter to SERVER console:
fsa_giveowner <userid>
UserID can be found by using "status" in the console, its the first number on the left of your name in the console.
