Description: The beta 2 of the Stool: Npc Control

Feature:
-Can select lot of NPC
-Create a path for all npc selected
-NPC "turn in loop" or not
-Select the type of movement (run or go) of a point to another

New:
-Can create one path for the last NPC selected, or modify the path of the NPC selected
-A play button to play the NPC

Bugfix:
-NPC doesn't move
-NPC doesn't follow the path
