| Description: | Because I love this weapon so much and the fact that Electric Dragon totally failed at making a SWEP, and that Flubadoo's weapons are broken, I came up with this. Yes, it works. Uses a fixed Mad Cows base, which is included (duh). Has a spawn icon, scope, run anims, all that good stuff. Installation is not hard, remember that Google is your friend. Requires CSS.
