Description:	Releasing this weapon I made after Gmod 13 came out, it's basically a short KillingFloor-like slow-motion effect the traitors can use. This can also add a slow-motion effect after the final kill if you want (this has been requested I remember). This wasn't possible on gmod 12 unless you enable sv_cheats because it's using host_timescale which is protected by FCVAR_CHEAT. Now we have the game.SetTimeScale() function. To enable it, buy it and use the 'Gravity Gun' key or bind a key to 'zedtime'. You can't use it more than once.
