Description:	This is the third revision of Gm_Flatmix. It is mainly a build-focused map. It features: -Large, flat building areas. -Complete railroad tracks that are compatible with PHX props. -Retractable structures. Make the area completely flat, have all of the structures available, or something in between. -A train construction room. -Underground sewers and rooms. (Would be interesting for an RP "Underground".) -A large water area. This is an older map of mine and I'm sure there are errors that I have not caught. If you find any, please let me know and I will fix them. I just need to find my .vmfs.....
