Description:	This is warning module made by me.You can warn players, when they reach defined number of warnings - they will be banned on defined time. Also, they have window when they warned.Very easy interface.Warnings saved if player leave server then join again, but don't saved when map changed / server crashed.Warnings has "decay" time, each n minutes player lost 1 warning(if he did not have violations)Can use standalone valve ban system or ULib ban system.
