I get a message saying "An error occurred while downloading this file" Then it gives a few reasons. I am trying to download SourceSDKbase.gcf BTW The first link is corrupted

I put it in steamapps, but it is stuck on 92% and when i try to launch it, it says that the steam servers are currently to busy. What do i do?? Plz Help!! I really want to play this!

Umm.. There isn't any file in the .rar..... :( EDIT: Fixed it. needed to download both.
