ok i got undead patch and downloaded all the TF2 GCF's and i try and play it but it says that steam servers are too busy

I searched around the forums and maybe i missed something but how do you crack steam i got the second steam folder that will be my cracked one but how do i crack it so i can play Team Fortress 2 oh and i downloaded all the team fortress 2 files including the update so how do i install it on...
