Yes I did installed Steam before downloading the game I installed the game like 3 times but no luck

I downloaded the game Follow all Badboy's Instructions But When I install done Copy patch 10 in the folders, and then use the chinese patch from download and patch it , and click the desktop icon for shogun 2 Nothing happen :( I was looking forward to play this Thanks
