That's not how Rapidshare works if you want it all in one download go torrent it noob or get an RS account so downloading off RS is a lot faster

To copy over CSS updates you need to copy the .gcf files in C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\ as for the steam updates idk... you could try copying the whole steam folder and if you are playing over a LAN why are you putting the files onto a mem stick couldn't you just share it over the LAN?
