1є For fix the server busy error message need the most updated GCFs. 2є For the account doesn't own the game buy a legit copy of the game/s.

^^ The function fo the GCFs are for download games, the GCFs dont do nothing about play in vac or not.

Go to your hl2 config.cfg file and add a paremeter like bind "~" "toggleconsole" if im not wrong. Or in Steam Right click on HL2 - Propieties - Set Launch Options and add "-console" without cuotes and press ok.

^^^ These games are Server Side so the public Cracks, even if are new cant bypass that securty so you need first the GCFs of the game for whatever crack.

I think the program add automatically a mini gcfs to your steamapps folder when you start it, then some games (the games who use this mini gcfs) can be downloaded without the busy problem.

What make better a mini from a full is ofcourse the lenght of it and the function of run a game without modifiy it with Cracks so the game is more "natural". This is for normal games, for Steam games is very obvious, you can register games in Steam without need download a full image.
