All those files are parts of one big folder. When you've downloaded them all you do is open: COD.part01.rar Then extract all the files. It'll automatically find part 2,3,4 etc until its finished extracting the files.

I agree, i'm sure that the website can progress forever without funding to pay for a server, license etc etc etc. And also a VIP section with such things as steam accounts, file sharing accounts and endless other things is not needed.
