Create a CS 1.6 Cracked Server
Get the Dedicated Server GCFs, extract a minimal footprint with Steam-BUSTER Revolution, and copy PROViSiON's Cracked files to the <Steam directory>\SteamApps\<username>\dedicated server folder. Play HL2 Mods without HL2 legitimatly
You need to have Source Multiplayer pack legit to do this (Although i think it works without). Its quite simple, if you have source multiplayer pack, but don't have HL2, alot of mods won't show on your legit steam games list. If you crack steam they will show, but you won't be able to join... -

"Cannot contact key server" fix
It work's for all games which asks for this. At the moment I have only heard of one, but other should be the same: COD2: Use regedit and go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Activision\Call of Duty 2 and add a string value to it entitled codkey. Now edit it by inserting a key from a keygen, or something...
