Your cpu is is bottlenecking, but not by much, I would say this a pretty balanced system, maybe add more ram for the future, great time anyways, it's really cheap.

Buy a new comp, usually you want a new one after around 3-4 years or at least upgrade, I suggest an AMD based build if you a have tight budget

it's a horrible card, one of the worst of the current generation, it can play some games on probably low-med depending on the game

no, most laptops can't change their GPU's because they are integrated into the motherboard, and the few that can interchange will cost you lots of money, so it's not worth it and I doubt you have one of those laptops

Intel currently because they have the best CPU's at great prices
