I feel terribly stupid, but where is that appdata folder?...

I reinstalled it step-by step just in case. Steam is not working - it won't launch. Steam is online - it still won't launch.

I have the same thing. Installed it with the whole 3 images, with upgraded directx and c++, then put the patch10.pack, and used the crack on it. Launced steam, logged in, but when I double-click the game, nothing happens. At all. I didn't install any mods yet too.
