Not sure i would go for an e-geforce, i know its basically the same as a Nvidia or XFX but i would rather one of them two, you kind of know where you stand with them.
Intel as a processor, thats a good choice, i was all AMD untill Intel brought out cheap Processors but where better that AMD.
As for memory i got the "GeIL 2GB PC2-6400C4 800MHz Black Dragon DDR2 Dual Channel Kit". And thats amp for playing the latest games and products like Photoshop.

I don't think xp will take full advantage of that quad core processor, and vista will slow the system too much so its pretty much of a muchness xp + dual core = vista + quad core,,,,, xp + dual core = xp + quad core.

Well ya true DX10 does look good, but I am going to wait a while for vista service pack one to come out, before i go anywhere near it, just my opinion :)

Vista SP1 is out already, unless you mean your waiting for a crack.

This is the 32bit (86x) 5 lanuage standalone version:
(this does'nt not include a crack as your downloading straight from microsofts site)

Just copy and paste that address into your browser and download will commence.

those specs would be awsome for me. i'm not pulling up my specs, but i think i have a dual proc. 2.5 ghz, 2 gig ram, and an experimental Nvidia card, which apparently is around the 9600 or something i'm not sure if thats even a card though-what happend to radeon? bad link?

well the guy is ordering the case and stuff soooo yea everything from a price range
$2300 - $3000 i dont know but hes giving us a special price because my dad knows him lolz so since we have a special price il probably getting valve complete pack but were getting another tv if we werent then the pc would be way better
