Plaintiff in Word case says that Microsoft destroyed its business

The company that won an injunction against sales of Microsoft Word, i4i Inc., laid out its case against the Redmond company's appeal in a lengthy brief filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals yesterday. The brief details the history of the XML patent at issue in the case and explains i4i's contention that Microsoft knowingly infringed on the patent by incorporating the same technology into Word.
