It isn't working here, Im trying to setup a GMOD Listenserver... I edited the rev.ini file, then I sent to "steamapps\(myuser)\garrysmod" with Steam.dll. Then I sent steamclient.dll to "Steam\bin"... and.. It is saying that I don't own the game on my accout.
