i play cs 1.6 and i have 99-100 fps when i am in menu.. i have video drivers all but i know is a soft with settings.. vsync and you know..I have windwos Xp

I mean only one minute i have 100-99 fps ...or when i play 1 hour i have 1 hour low fps.. i mean i dont have much fps..

I have Laptop Acer Aspire 3100 and my video card is ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 64 MB, when i play cs i have only 1 minute 100-99 fps... i need help .. guys.. i need some soft of settings or ....
